- M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit Dec. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court against the development partnership, Oculus Development LLC and Pickus Cos. of Highland Park. The bank alleges the partnership failed to pay nearly $19 million on two loans used to redevelop the former convent and college campus at 1041 Ridge Road into 81 condominiums.
