Begging and crying for forgiveness, Frank Bustaia [Bustala ?], the laborer who assaulted his wife and 6-month-old baby in Washington street, Evanston, Friday night, appeared in a penitent mood when arraigned in the police court late Saturday afternoon. He knelt at his wife's feet and babbling in his foreign tongue for mercy created a scene
