- Mitch Miller, managing member of Wilmette Village Center LLC, describes a revised plan for the former Wil-Shore Ford site at 611 Green Bay Road. The original plan for condominiums was stalled by the housing downturn and increased cost of materials. The new plan calls for a building with office space and CVI pharmacy as a first floor tenant.
