Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

A request by Jerome and Jan Loew for a 139.85 square foot front yard impervious surface coverage variation to permit changes to the existing private walks on the legal non-conforming structure on the property legally described as:
