- Kenilworth officials dedicated a tree in honor of a resident who died last year. Susan Hoopes served on the Kenilworth Plan Commission from 2005 until her death in 2008 at the age of 39. Comments by Katie White former Kenilworth Village Trustee and Village Manager Brad Burke. Hoopes is survived by her husband Steve and son, Alex, age 7
