- Euro Soccer Club held its Field Fund Feeling Lucky Fundraiser at the Cafe of Glenview on March 7. The event raised 418,500 to assist players in the Euro Soccer Club and enable the club to purchase soccer fields. Committee members included Suzy McNamara of Evanston, Julie Conway of Wilmette, Maura Salter of Northbrook, Pam Theriault of Glenview, Sheryl Amidei of Northbrook, Macy Clemons of Northbrook, Julie and Mike Conway of WIlmette, Ellen Dettling of WIlmette, Mary Felish of Wilmette and Frank San Roman of Glenview.
