- The North Shore-based Chicago Young Americans Girls U12, U14, and U16 elite teams results in last weekend's games in Cleveland, Ohio at the Ice Girls AAA Hockey Tournament.
U14 team members are: Clare Kennedy (Wilmette), Natalie Smith (Northfield), Grace Dynek (Northfield), Julia Tylke (New Berlin, Wis.), Leslie Matera (Evanston), Bridget Roche (Libertyville), Molly Klare (Wilmette), Ilana Heaton (Wilmette), Anna Bleck (Deerfield), Lauren Michalec (Winnetka), Rebbeca Shisako (Oak Park), Caroline Knop (Lake Bluff), Erin O'Connor (Evanston), Erika Shoenfeld (Vernon Hills), Kyle Nelson (Evanston) and Emma Vlasic (Wilmette)

The Chicago Young American Girls AAA U16 team coached by Carl Wallin and Ken Patten advanced to the semifinals.
