- George C. Murphy 607 Forest Avenue, Wilmette, died at his home January 11. Interment was at All Saints Cemetery. Survivors inlcude his wife, Mrs. Mary G. Murphy, a daughter, Mrs. Constance Steele of Wilmette; two sons, Graham H. Murphy of Glenview and George W. Murphy of Peoria; a sister and three brothers, Mrs. Elizabeth Smith and Peter, Henry and William Murphy all of Montreal; and three grandchildren, Mrs. William M. Evans of Chicago, Miss Patricia Steele and Ted Steele, both of Wilmette.
