- Gertrude Foster Miller of Wilmette, a former long-time resident of Evanston and of Glencoe, died Sept. 14 in Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Miller is survived by a son, George Jr. of Glenview; a daughter, Ruth Wasmund of Cincinnati; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
