Notes: A memorial service was held Oct. 27 in St. Mark's Episcopal Church for Ruth Browne Arrington, wife of retired State Sen. W. Russell Arrington (R-Evanston). Mrs. Arrington, was born in Chicago. Mrs. Arrington's survivors, beside her husband, are a son, Michael B. of Evanston; a daughter, Patricia Smythe (Mrs. Robert J.) of Evanston; two grandsons; two sisters, Mrs. Howard A. Pontious of Evanston and Hazel H. Browne of Chicago; and a brother, Albert F. Browne of Lansing, Ill.
