- A student committee met last week to discuss how to improve the rivalry between Evanston and New Trier. Their suggestion is to donate proceeds from Friday's basketball doubleheader at Northwestern University to the relief effort in Haiti. Members of the Sportsmanship Summit included New Trier students Leslie Coles, Kit Dauten, Kelsey Lee, Charlie Tilson, Peter McNitt, Patrick Callahan, Stu Brown and Kristin Wright and Evanston students Aidan Murphy, Paul Valukas, Andre Rivera-Thompson, Jessica Williams, Priscilla Ruiz, Delaney Clesen, Ashley Meyer and Sarah Thompson.
