- In its next fiscal year, Kenilworth expects to raise fees to more closely reflect the cost of providing services and to issue bonds to pay for capital improvements. Comments by Village President Fred Steinbgraber. Officials plan to review and finalize the draft budget during a meeting March 2 in Village Hall, then hold a public hearing on the budget April 6.
