- Rehearsals are starting for a "monster" chorus to perform the last week of May, during the Chicago North Shore Music Festival the last week of May. The festival will be held a the Northwestern University gymnasium. The Evanston section already began rehearsing last Monday evening. Rehearsals take place at Music Hall on the corner of Orrington and University place. The women rehearsed on Wednesday. More members are needed. Auditions will be held: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 12:00 to 12:30, Saturdays 10:30 to 11:30, and Monday evenings, 7:15 to 8:00. Men meet Monday evenings to rehearse from 8:00 to 9:30. Women rehearse Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 to 5:45.
