- Mrs. Phyllis M. Allardice, 48, died Dec. 12 in Evanston Hospital. She resided at 2944 Applegate Rd., Glenview. Mrs. Allardice was born in Highland Park. She is survived by her husband, Duncan; mother, Mrs. Wanda Burlingham of Northfield; three children, Robert, Bruce and Barbara; brother, Frederick Burlingham of Winnetka' and two sisters, Mrs. David L. (Evelyn) Evans and Mrs. James J. (Virginia) Cortez, both of Arlington, Va. Burial was at Memorial Park in Skokie.
