- Prof. H. H. Kingsley gave a well-received talk on Germany as part of a popular series at the Evanston Historical Society. This was Mon. evening. His description of Nuremburg, supplemented with slides was particularly enjoyable. The next lectures in the Mon. series will be given by Prof. Frederick W. Nichols, Miss Stella Skinner and Joseph F. Ward. Nichos will speak about "The Old Masters and the Twelve Greater Paintings in the World". Skinner will speak about "Italian Palaces" and Ward will lecture on the Civil War.
