- The meeting of the Evanston Historical Society was held Monday evening. President J. Seymour Curry spoke of the lecture course the society was offering this season. Mr. Frank R. Gover was chairman for the evening. Mr. Joseph F. Ward was the lecturer. He spoke of hte place the local historical society filled in the community, and urged its support by citizens.
