- Children of the Congregational Church will be presenting a program to less fortunate children in Evanston on Friday afternoon, Dec. 27. The program is under the direction of Mrs. Guy S. McCabe who also has a leading role in the play to be presented "Peggy's Christmas Dream." Mr. Chester Ericson is in charge of gifts. Messrs Elliott Johnson and Newell Knight are organizing an orchestra. Mrs. McCabe and friends will give a larger Christmas theater party to children in Chicago on Tuesday, Dec. 31, at the Illinois Theater with the assistance of Mr. John McCutcheon and Mr. Wilbur Nesbit.
