Notes: Two years ago, Winnetka residents Joel Sanders, a dentist, his wife Lynn and their son, Andrew, joined Causes for Change International to provide free healthcare to poor children in Ecuador Joel, Lynn and their son Andrew are returning to Ecuador on a healthcare mission that will serve 1500 children in five days.
