Miss Dorothy Sargent is visiting in the east. Mrs. Frank Copeland entertained with a tea Thursday. Miss Mary Hall has gone west for a trip to Yellowstone park. Mrs. Norman Camp entertained with a tea Friday afternoon. Mrs. Otto R. Barnett entertained with a tea Wednesday afternoon. Misss Parks of Danville, Ill., spent last week with Mrs. Mary Becker. John C. Wilkins and family left last week for Wisconsin, to visit friends. W. A. Kittermaster and family left last week for their summer home at Muskoka, Mich. Fred Smith and family have returned from their summer home in northern Michigan. John King left the latter part of last week for Gull Lake, Mich., to visit Whipple Jacobs. Miss Betty Cutler of Boston, Mass., who has been visiting Miss Catherine Howard, has returned to her home. Mrs. Lewsi Day spent last week at the Blackstone hotel, Chicago as the guest of her sister, Mrs. C. K. G. Billings of New York. The engagement of Miss Gertrude Lenore Zeising to Henry Lane Stout of Chicago has been announced by Mr. and Mrs. August Zeising.
