- British suffragist, Mrs. Ella B. Stewart, will speak on "Why Some English Women Are Militant Suffragists". This will take place Aug. 12, at the home of Mrs. A. J. Lichtstern, who is living in the Melville E. Stone house on Sheridan Rd. in Glencoe. Mrs. C. D. Brandriff will sing. Free buses will be available at Clyde's Drug Store at 2:00 pm to transport people to the meeting.
