- Walter Burkhard, 22, brother-in-law of Prof. James L. Lardner, drowned in Odessa, Mo. He is the brother of Mrs. James L. Lardner, 810 Milburn street, Evanston. Mrs. Lardner and her sister, Miss Luella Burkhard, left Friday evening to take the body on to Trinidad, Colorado, where Burkhard's parents live.
