- Tuesday Wilmette trustees approved a new definitation for Adaptive Reuse Senior Housing/55-Plus Development to allow residents 55 years and older. On Sept. 28, trustees are scheduled to vote on a separate request to apply the new definitation to the Mallinckrodt. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted to recommend approval at its Sept. 11 meeting. Comments by Mallinckrodt resident Merle Glass; Assistant director of community development, Lisa Roberts.
