Loyola Boys Soccer
Loyola will play St. Louis DeSmet Saturday in the Jesuit Cup match. Loyola lost to St. Charles North on Sept. 16 in the final round of the Pepsi Showdown.

Loyola Cross-Country
William Hague and Mac Ford earned top-13 individual finishes at the Richard Spring INvitational at Detweiller Park in Peoria Saturday. Loyola placed 13th in team standings. Others mentioned include Todd Ford, Tom Beddome, Byron Morales. The girls team took 11th place. Runners mentioned were Natalie kaminski, rachel Price, Lauren Composto, Frehjwet Negassi, Siobhan Coney.

Youth football
Wilmette Catholic 7th and 8th grade football team won Saturday over Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Mentioned were Sam Bevenour, Thomas Smart, Phil Later, Joe Van Horn, Colin Richards, Joey Modica, Keenan Ryan, John Bouchard, Will Fox. The team includes students from St. Francis Xavier and St. Joseph schools.

New Trier Boys Golf
New Trier placed fourth in last week's quadrangular meet behind Lake Fores, Highland Park and Loyhola. Players mentioned include Joe Russell, Ty Frost, Conor Fox, Jimmy Slovitt, Greg Smart, Brian Heck, Dana Hayes, David Berlinghof, Fitz Bowen and Austin Rendell.

New Trier Girls Tennis
New Trier defeated Niles West, Glenbrook North and Stevenson. Playersmentioned include Alana Peters, Maddie Pass and Claire Golden.

New Trier Cross Country
Both New Trier boys and girls cross country teams scored sweeps to open Central Suburban South dual meet action Sept. 14. Runners include Tommy King, MichaelQuirke, Isa Qasim, Scott Nystuen, Leland Later,Eric Underwood, Courtney and Jessica Ackerman, Kacie Swierk, Allie crimmins, Julie Jackson, Anna Berglund, Ellie Pearlman
