Notes: Gertrude Banaszewski, nee Jankowiak, 86, a resident of Spring Grove for more than 50 years, formerly of Cicero, died Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at her home. She was born Jan. 6, 1918 in Cicero to Frank and Louise (Sobocinski) Jankowiak. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan. The memorial mass will be celebrated at 10 am Saturday, April 3, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 2206 Main St., Spring Grove.
