Notes: Eileen M. Wells, 75, of Twin Lakes, Wis., and formerly of Crystal Lake, died Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at Kindred Hospital in Greenfield, Wis. She was born May 4, 1928, in Scottsbluff, Neb., to Siemon and Eina (Sandine) Anderson. On July 1, 1960 , in Denver, she married James Wells. Survivors include her husband; three daughters; a son; and six grandchildren. Arrangements were made by the Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Home in Twin Lakes.
