Notes: Clemence A. Balinski, 84, of Crystal Lake and formerly of Arlington Heights, died Saturday, April 3, 2004, at Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. He was born July 5, 1919, in Chicago. Survivors include his wife, Lillian H., nee Kozak and three sons. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
