- Betty Jo Lange, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2004, at home. She was born Dec. 15, 1927. Survivors include five children, James (Ellen) of Curran, Calif., Karen Avitia of Crystal Lake, Doreen Quinlan of Cary, Bonnie (Kelly) Wellington of McHenry, Jolen (Paul) Swoboda of Cary.
