Notes: Gavin Bryce Dwire, 11 months, of Cary, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004, at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. He was born Jan. 27, 2004, at Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. Survivors include his parents, Kristen Brummitt and Patrick Dwire; his grandparents, Laurie and Buck Brummitt and Jim and Sandee Dwire. Interment will be in Windridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Cary.
