Notes: Theodore Lewis Van Buren, 80, of McHenry, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at his home. He was born May 20, 1924, in Bennington, Vt., to James V. and Mary (Hollister) Van Buren Putman. On Sept. 2, 1944, he married Therese C. Bellemare in Bennington. Survivors include his wife of 60 years; four children, Brian Van Buren, Karen Van Buren, Bruce Van Buren, and Bonnie Tonetti. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
