Notes: Born April 14, 1917, in Ladd, Ill., the son of Arthur and Mary (nee Jordan) Gaydos, he died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2004, at Rosewood Care Center in St. Charles. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (nee Hemenway) Gaydos, whom he married on March 28, 1943. He was the grandfather of Frank (Linda) Sullivan of Algonquin. Burial will be in Glen Oak Cemetery, Hillside.
