- Born April 12, 1927, in Bloomington, Ill., the son of John T. and Margaret Lipscomb, he passed away Friday, Jan. 14, 2005, at Sherman Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Dolores, and children. He was the father of Chuck (Sally) Lipscomb of Lake in the Hills.
