Notes: Victor J.D. Anderson, 59, of Elgin has died. Born August 14, 1945, in Elgin, he passed away Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005, at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. He is survived by his former wife, Julie Anderson. He was the father of James (Pamela) Anderson of Lake in the Hills. Burial will follow in Baker Cemetery in Lily Lake.
