Notes: Jean H. Mack, 69, of Cary, died April 28, 2006 at Good Shepherd Hospital. She was born Dec. 6, 1936, in Chicago, to Frank and Alice Stock. She is survived by her husband, William Mack, whom she married May 14, 1955 in Berwyn; and five children, Diana Wells, Katharine Huemann, James, William and Joseph Mack.
