- Kenneth "Ken" A. Katenhusen, 68, of Crystal Lake, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry, from complications from pulmonary disease. Interment will be in Windridge Memorial Park in Cary.
