William L. Morris, 110 Thirteenth street, died last Friday, at his home. He was 67 years old and had been a mechanical engineer for many years. He was also an inventor of oiling systems. Mr. Morris built the Chicago, Aurora and Elgin power plant at Batavia. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Laura Morris, four children by a former marriage, and two sisters. The funeral services and burial took place at Memorial Park cemetery last Monday.
