Services were held Monday, June 7, at Scott's Wilmette chapel for Elmer G. Blum, 58, of 2062 Glenview road, Wilmette. Mr. Blum, who was a World War I veteran, died Thursday, June 3. The Rev. J. H. Gockel of St. John's Lutheran church officiated at the services, and burial was at Memorial Park. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Marie Blum; two sisters, Mrs. Marian McDermott and Mrs. Jane Ianson, both of Wilmette.
