Harry Schwall Killed in Automobile Crash [sic]

Funeral services for Harry Schwall, 26 year old, who was killed in an automobile accident at Crawford avenue [sic] and Dempster road [sic]. Niles Center, last Friday evening, were held Tuesday morning at St. Joseph's Catholic church. Burial took place at Memorial Park cemetery. Mr. Schwall operated the Boundary tavern at Ridge road [sic]and Harrison street [sic]in Niles Center.He was born in Wilmette and had lived here all of his life until two months ago, when he moved to Niles Center. He is survived by two sisters, both of whom live in Wilmette. One is Mrs. Julia Schmidt, wife of Officer Joseph Schmidt of the Wilmette Police department, and the other is Mrs. Clara Michelau, wife of Michael Michelau. The accident which resulted in Mr. Schwall's death occured about 6:45 o'clock Friday evening. Schwall's automobile was overturned. Three occupants of the other car involved in the crash were injured and taken to St. Francis hospital in Evanston. They were: Robert McCormick, 28 years old, 636 Waveland avenue [sic], Chicago, driver of the other car ; Martin Heavy, 42 years old, 1116 Wolfram street [sic], Chicago, and William Ebbitt, 30 years old, 4541 Sheridan road [sic], Chicago.
