Notes: John Franklin Fox, 77, a resident of Rogers Park, died Sept. 23 in his home. Mr. Fox was born Feb. 12, 1926 in Chicago. Survivors include his daughter, JulieAnna Fox, his granddaughter and great-granddaughter, all of Encinitas, California; two brothers, William W. (Nancy) Fox of Wilmette and Edward A. (Marianne) Fox of Wheeling; a sister, Elizabeth A. (John) Hall of Pauline, South Carolina.; and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a son, Mark Gillespie; and a niece, Barbara A. Fox.
