- Russell Frederick Lober, 34, a resident of Evanston, died September 24, 2003 in his parent's Wilmette home of cancer. Born July 23, 1969 in Evanston to William E. and Anne Lober. Survivors include his parents; his brother, Christopher (Jennifer) Lober of Wilmette; his sister, Caroline (Abraham) Steinbok of Barbados, West Indies; three nephews, William Lober, and Adam and Jason Steinbok; and two nieces, Elizabeth and Melissa Steinbok.
