- St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church was founded in 1903 on two lots at Prairie and Linden Avenue. By 1923 the congregation had outgrown its first home and built the church that stands today across from the Wilmette Public Library at Park and Wilmette Aves. Interviews with long time members about the history of the church and plans for the centennial celebration.
