Notes: Frankie Lowe Webb, 69, a former resident of Glencoe, died Tuesday, Dec. 9 in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Mrs. Webb was born March 17, 1934 in Atlanta, Ga. to the late Charles Frank Lowe and Rose Beavers Lowe.

Married James O. Webb in 1954. They would have celebrated their 50th anniversary on Feb. 19.

Survivors include her husband, James O. Webb; her daughters, Pamela Webb (Jack) Dixon and Lisa Webb; two grandsons, Christopher Dixon and Jack Dixon; her sister, Barbara Low (Clarence) Cash; and numerous relatives, in-laws and friends.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19 at the Glencoe Union Church in Glencoe
