- Richard Shoemaker, 85, of Winnetka, died February 6, 2000 in Evanston Hospital, photo. Born in Elmira N.Y. Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise (neé Lustig); two sons, Richard W. (Linda) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and James M. (Jennifer) of Dallas; two grandchildren, James and Catherine Shoemaker; and twob rothers, David R. (Eleanor) of Beaver Dams, N.Y., and Donald W. (Adele) of Davidson, N.C. Preceded in death by two brothers, Perry M. and Garth A. Shoemaker.
