- Jane (née Taft) Stafford, 93, of Evanston and Wilmette, died June 12, 2001 in Morton Grove, IL. Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, April 18. 1908. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Stafford, III. Survivors include two sons, Richard W. (Betty), and John (Ellen); and one daughter, Jane (Carson) Quinn; nine grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
