- Rosemary Dampier Roberts, 72, of Wilmette, died August 17 at Hospice of the North Shore at Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Roberts was born in Chicago. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel H. Roberts. A funeral Mass was celebrated Aug. 20 at St. Joseph Church, with the Rev. Jerome Listecki, the Rev. Francis Kane and Msgr. Charles N. Meter officiating. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Aurora.
