Notes: Former Kenilworth resident James T. Phillips died April 4 at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi, Illinois. He was 83. Mr. Phillips was born August 9, 1909 at Winnetka, and owned Phillips Plastering Company, Kenilworth Motors and Kenilworth Cleaners. He is survived by wife, Leora Winter; a son, Tom of Carmi; three daughters, Linda Sillars of Skaneateles, New York, Sally Phillips of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Susan Phillips of Santa Monica, California; a brother, Claude of Wilmette and a granddaughter, Angela Sillars, also of Skaneateles.
