Notes: Thomas W. O'Brien, of Wilmette, died April 20 [1986] at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. He was 74. He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Thomas W. Jr. of Wilmette and Gerald P. of Woodbridge; eight grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Kelleher of Wilmette. Funeral mass was said Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wilmette. Burial was private.
