Notes: Thomas Edward O'Gara, of Wilmette, died Jan. 10 at Evanston Hospital. He was 73. Mr. O'Gara was owner of O'Gara Associates, an employment training and placement company with offices in Wilmette and Evanston. He founded O'gara Associates in 1971. He is survived by his wife, Eileen; four sons, Thomas L. of Northfield; Patrick, M.D. of Boston; Michael of Northbrook; and B. Timothy of Chicago; five daughters, Kathleen Phillips of Glencoe; Margaret M. Eskew of Louisville, Ky.; Eileen Hickey of Chicago; Maureen Hackett Huston, Texas; and Anne Buxton of Northfield; and 25 grandchildren.
