- August "Bud" Pearson Jr., 83, died at his home in Clearwater, Fla. on July 5. He had lived in Winnetka for 23 years, and previously in Wilmette and Glenview. He owned Pearson's IGA, in Wilmette and Chicago. Mr. He is survived by his sons, Robert of Clearwater; and John of Valencia, California; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and his brother James, of Wilmette.
