- Joseph W. McGrath, Wilmette, died Jan. 14 at Evanston Hospital. He was born in Chicago. Survivors include his wife; Patricia Rooney McGrath; three daughters; Maureen O'Brien, Marita Urbanik, and Kathleen Hudson; two sons, Joseph McGrath, Jr. and Thomas McGrath; one brother, Thomas McGrath; and 12 grandchildren. Interment was at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
