- Grace Catherine Podlesney McGuigan, 84, died August 17, 1998 at the Church Creek Health Care Center in Arlington Heights. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert McGuigan. Survivors include her sons Robert A. McGuigan Jr. of Turner's Falls, Mass., Michael A. McGuigan of Toronto, Canada, and James A. McGuigan of Elk Grove Village; a daughter, Kathleen (Patrick) Sweeney of Palatine; several grandchildren; brothers Tony Podlesney and Eli Podlesney; and sisters Dorothy Podlesney and Olga (Tom) Goedeck.
